Dr. Erin Garcia Accepts an Assistant Professor Position at the University of Kentucky

Our very own Erin Garcia, a postdoc in the lab, has accepted a position as an assistant professor at the University of Kentucky! She will continue working on the mechanism of contact-dependent inhibition (CDI) and contact-dependent signaling (CDS) in Burkholderia species. We are happy for Erin and wish her all the best in starting her own lab. We will miss Erin, but maybe a lab trip to Lexington, KY is in our future. Congrats to Erin!
